I'm kind of disapoint that they put the amount of new weapons and vehicles. Just seeing that number means I can only have a set amount of hype for wondering what new toys we'll get to play with. When we didn't have a set number, the hype was infinite.

ReplyDeletePart of the reason we're not getting new vehicles must be because the Prometheans won't have vehicles of their own - what with them being able to teleport n'all.

DeleteI read somewhere that one of the new vehicles is called "the reclaimer", not sure whether or not it'll be UNSC or Promethean. Only time will tell.

I am hoping at RTX they show off some forge! I think that it will be enough weapons for Halo 4 honestly because you got Humans, Covenate, and now Prometheans. For vehicles that's way a lot I honestly think!

ReplyDeleteyou'll never be able to spawn with a spartan laser or rocket launcher in the game no matter what level, only in infinity slayer is it possible to get in a 3rd tier ordanence drop which by the time you'll get that the game will mostlikely be at the last few kills so someone cant just spawn with it in the beginning of the game.

DeleteHalo 4 will more than likely be based off of BPR for online multiplayer. BPR stands for Battle Proficiency Rating. It's a number from 1-100 and your number is achieved by taking into account your wins/loses, kills/deaths and assists/betrayals. It is a much better skill system than Halo 3. It will also be keeping an aesthetic rank system achieved through experience points alone just like what halo reach had. So for arguments sake; in Halo 4 I could be a Major Grade 3 which shows how much I've played the game with a BPR of 74/100 which shows my skill. That way, people can't brag about a skill of 99 BPR if they're only a sergeant because they simply don't have enough stats yet to compile a solid BPR rating and haven't played enough

DeleteNo They say they will have a branching system what that means is once you get to level 50 you will be able to specific your type of play by choosing a branch more like a RPG type. (like skyrim where you choose your skills)

DeleteId rather see a falcon with a pilot controlled gun than the return of the Hornet, but I doubt that'll happen, but I doubt well see a war sphinx in multiplayer, it'd either be too big to fit on pretty much any map, or WAY too overpowered.

ReplyDeletePretty much all the DLC that's been talked about so far is free. They've said there will be three map packs which you get included in the price of the Limited Edition, presumably they will be 800MSP otherwise. All the Spartan Ops stuff they've shown so far is free - that's 50 missions spread across 10 weeks and you don't pay a penny (other than the cost of the game, obviously).

ReplyDelete30 to 40% of Halo 4's multiplayer is a FAIL from what I understand. Do we really want these high leveled people to actually spawn out with invincibility, a rocket launcher, maybe a railgun we dont know the exact power of the new guns but those rail guns are insta kills on infantry from what I saw on the UNSC weapons trailer. Also replies to some comments, the new foe is not a rip off from mass effect the cyclops was a melee vehicle so i dont think it would be a nice vehicle to use against invincible rocket using enemies I've never seen a "war sphinx" but from the name it sounds pretty powerful

A new article about specializations and weaponry was released and said nothing about spawning with rockets. BTW cyclops origionally had machine guns but were stripped for mining. To conclude, no mention of the War Sphinx was ever released officially. Your post is bad and you should feel bad.
