I'm not shedding any tears.
Frankie was clarifying some confusion over the Achievement list which confirmed we'd be using the Gravity Hammer in campaign. It'll be interesting to see who'll be wielding the hammers in place of the Brutes..
- Cowboy Out.
I don't care about Brutes the much I could do for Hunters
ReplyDeleteElites.Hunters.Dinos.Grunts=the magical covie square that has been in from the beginning
Agreed.
ReplyDeleteI've never took to the Brutes as a race. Never really liked them and quite frankly glad to see the back of 'em.

Brutes are just damage sponges, I would rather fight an elite that at least dodges instead of runing at you absorbing bullets
ReplyDeleteI'm not upset that they are not in Halo 4, but would be upset if they were out of all future Halo games. I for one like the rivalry between the elites and brutes in the campaigns and extended fiction.
ReplyDeleteYeah, fuck Brutes.

ReplyDeleteThe more enemies, the better. Would've preferred to see them back, but oh well.
ReplyDeletewill their be a new covi. race that will have the gravit hammer
ReplyDeletemaybe the elites gave the smackdown on the brutes and killed them all.hopefully the elites are more difficult since they took out the brutes and that they add more elite enemies since the books describe lots of elites that can easily be made into a enemy class making up for removal of the brutes.
ReplyDeleteI don't think they'd just go ballistic and murder a whole species. If you read Glasslands, the Brutes are pretty much their workers and slaves cuz the Split-Jaws can't do nuttin! But if they killed the Brutes then nobody could farm or build for the Elites.
DeletePersonally, I believe the Brutes will start getting bitter and tired of working for their former foes. Remember, the Brutes have a deep seated hatred of the Elites and vice-versa. Most likely the Brutes will revolt, kill quite a few of Elites, steal their ships, and...do whatever over-sized, hormonal, apes do with weapons and spaceships.
To put it in a nutshell, expect them as a independent, rouge enemy faction by the end of Halo 5.
P.S. You mentioned more Elites? Not likely. The War killed off so many Elites, I believe their population is less than 1 billion, Which is nothing for a whole species. It's amazing they weren't wiped out at all especially considering they relied so much on the prophets.
Halo4TW!!
fuck brutes, there are retard and easy to kill. i prefer elites because they at least can kill.... they always surprise me using invisiblity and an energy sword
